useful information for your holiday at the Landhaus Maurer in Wagrain
- The apartments are ready from 3.00 pm.
- They should be vacated by 10.00 am.
- Use of the Alpine Spa area in winter (5x/week from Monday to Friday, 4.00 pm to 8.00 pm, except 24.12. & 31.12.)

Internet access via Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the whole of our Landhaus Maurer.
- Alpine Spa area with infrared cabin, Finnish sauna, dip pool etc.
- Children's playground with swing, slide, playhouse, trampoline, table tennis, bikes...
- Cosy snug (ideal for famillies & groups, cleaning fee from € 70,00 according to use)
- Laundry room (washing powder available)
- Sun terrace with barbecue
- Heated ski room with ski boot dryer
- E-charging station for your electric car
A parking space or space in our lockable underground garage (according to availability) is available for your car or motorbike
We're happy to rent (according to availability) the following equipment:
- Walking poles & rucksacks
- Bikes
- Toboggans, sleding plates, snowflyers…
Pets only permitted on requested and at a supplement
- You can book the breakfast buffet in addition to your stay in the accommodations: extra charge adult: € 11,–/day · child until 10 years: € 6,–/day.
- On request and pre-booking we provide fresh bread and rolls every morning.
Our whole house is non-smoking. Smokers may enjoy their cigarettes outdoors.
End of stay cleaning is included in the apartment price. On departure please leave the kitchen clean and tidy, crockery washed and bins emptied, otherwise we reserve the right to charge an extra kitchen cleaning fee from € 70,00.
Resort tax is not included in the apartment price. This is € 2,00 per person over 15 years per night.
Short stay supplement on stays of under 4 nights: € 15,00 to 20,00.

- Please note that payment by credit card or EC-card is not possible!
Room cancellations are only valid in writing.
- Up to 3 months prior to your holiday no cancellation fees will be charged.
- Up to 1 month prior to your holiday 40% of booked accommodation will be charged.
- From 1 month to 1 week we charge 70%.
- In the last week prior to arrival 90% of the booked holiday must be paid.
Booking regulations according to Austrian Hotel Regulations apply. Special terms apply for booking.com reservations.
A booking is a purchase agreement. In the event of cancellation, late arrival and early departure cancellation fees will be charged. As anything can happen (illness, accident...), we recommend you take out travel insurance.
